ABOUT
The members of the Aloha Chapter of the Silliman University Alumni Association (ACSUAA) are graduates, former students, faculty, staff, and friends of Silliman University, an institution of higher learning located in Dumaguete City, Philippines. Its members are bound by the Silliman spirit and unique camaraderie only experienced by those who have been there.
OUR MISSION
Community
​Provide a cornerstone for building a cohesive, supportive, professional, and responsive association to foster interaction and harmony among the members, Silliman alumni, friends from other chapters, and newly arrived alumni in Hawaii.
Spirituality
Advocate for and inspire its members to strive for the preservation of Silliman University's traditional Christian values of "via, vertias, vita" (the way, the truth, and the life), and encourage the commemoration of significant events associated with our Alma Mater.
Influence
Increase and promote respect, inter-cultural understanding, and goodwill through community involvement, scholarships, and educational exchange.

The members of ACSUAA strive to increase and promote respect, inter-cultural understanding, and goodwill through community involvement.

Pictured left is the previous structure of the Talay Behavioral Center. Due to the generosity of our ACSUAA members and the nursing students of Australia, we raised funds to build a new structure (pictured right) for the residents and their families to spend time together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this into a reality.
